There is nothing better than feeling fit and healthy. I have been involved in the health and fitness industry my whole life. It all began with ballet at the age of 4 which continued for 12 years to advanced level, along with other styles of dance including jazz and tap. In high school I took up rhythmic gymnastics where I achieved NSW state champion for 3 years and placed 2nd overall in Australia in the open division.
