Personal training is truly an investment in one’s own health and well-being. We all need a little help sometimes and everyone can benefit from working with a trainer. Choose from 30 minutes,  45 minutes or 60 minute sessions.

 

Group Exercises Classesgroup training

Enjoy group exercise/fitness classes in in Sydney’s lower north shore, Naremburn, Willougbhy and Cammeray areas. Choose from mixed classes, ladies only and mums and bubs, boxing, interval training (HITT), cross training, and circuits. All classes are held outdoors.

 Walking Groups & Trekking AdventuresWalking Cascades

Do you love walking or trekking? Walking is a wonderful low impact exercise. Join us for weekly walking sessions or weekend day or overnight treks in various locations. Trekking adventures are open to individuals or families.
