The Healthquarters class timetable offers a variety of classes from fitness, cardio based classes, to boxing, core, strength, toning & walking or trekking.

Monday

  • HIIT ResistHIIT Resist class - a high-intensity interval training class that uses your own body weight as resistance. The class may also include running, hills and stairs. with Katherine Rothwell 6:00 am to 6:55 am book now

  • Box FIT 45Box FIT - a 45-minute boxing fitness class that uses boxing and kick-combinations to get you fit. Boxing techniques covered in the class. with Katherine Rothwell 6:30 am to 7:15 am book now
  • Walk FITWalk Fit - a walking fitness class covering many local walks and trails around Sydney's lower north shore. Designed to increase your walking fitness and endurance. with Katherine Rothwell 7:15 pm to 8:45 pm book now

Wednesday

  • Strength FITStrength FIT - a strength and fitness class that incorporates strength training exercises using a variety of weights, TRX, medicine balls, body-weight, kettle-bells and fitness exercises to get the heart rate up. with Katherine Rothwell 6:00 am to 6:55 am book now

Thursday

  • X-Training 45X-Training 45 - a cross-training 45-minute class that offers a variety of different training styles that may include boxing, body resistance, weights and cardio-fitness exercises. with Katherine Rothwell 6:30 am to 7:15 am book now
